- Under this scheme, the financial assistance is provided for companies – Listed/Unlisted against the security of Commercial property – Office premises – already owned/to be purchased with the help of the loan.
- The loan amount may be utilized for repayment of existing loans (including takeover)/ Purchase of fixed assets etc
- Loan is provided for the properties which is completed in all respects.
- Maximum Term offered :- 10 Yrs
